Kuma Investments is looking for an experienced, driven, and reliable Site Manager to oversee operations at our Chipangali Mine in Chipata.

If you are a strong leader with a background in quarrying or stone mining, we want you on our team!

𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Chipangali Mine, Chipata I 𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙚: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily on-site granite mining operations and supervise crew members.

* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Manage site resources, heavy machinery, and production schedules efficiently.

* Report progress, challenges, and milestones directly to management.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the mining or quarrying sector.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Deep understanding of safety protocols and operational compliance.

* Ability to relocate to or work in Chipata.
