1| DESIGN

Our design process begins with a personalized consultation to understand your vision and requirements. Our expert sales specialists then collaborate
with you to develop tailored concepts that reflect your style and meet your
functional needs. During this stage, we also guide you through the stone
selection process, helping you choose the perfect material for your project.
Utilizing the latest technology and innovative solutions, we offer templating detailed plans and renderings to bring your ideas to life. Throughout the process, we ensure open communication and incorporate your feedback, ensuring the final design exceeds your expectations and perfectly complements your space.
2| TEMPLATING
Precision Starts Here
The templating process is a critical step in ensuring that custom stone surfaces, such as countertops or backsplashes, fit perfectly and meet your design goals. After the initial design consultation, a CGM Templater will visit your project site to take precise measurements.
This will involve the use of laser measuring tools to accurately capture
the space's dimensions. Next, a detailed template is created, digitally using CAD software. This template acts as a blueprint for the
fabrication process, ensuring every detail is accounted for, including
cutouts for sinks, faucets, and appliances.
3| FABRICATION
Where Craftsmanship Meets Precision
Once the template is complete, it is reviewed to confirm all measurements
and design details. This approved template is then used to guide the fabrication process where the stone slab is transformed into a custom,
finished surface based on the client’s design and template. The slab is then cut using precision tools ensuring clean cuts and creating openings for sinks, appliances, or other features. Throughout the process, quality
checks are performed to ensure accuracy and consistency. Finally, the
stone is sealed to protect it from stains and moisture, ensuring durability and a flawless appearance before being delivered andinstalled.
4| INSTALLATION
Bringing Your Vision Home
The installation process is the final step in bringing a custom stone
surface to life. The fabricated stone is carefully transported to the site and
positioned according to the templated design. Our skilled KUMA
installation techinicians ensure a precise fit, adjusting as necessary and aligning seams tactfully for a clean, polished look. Cutouts for sinks or faucets, are double-checked for accuracy, and any final adjustments are made to ensure a seamless integration. Once in place, the surface is cleaned and inspected for quality, leaving the client with a flawless, durable, and stunning stone installation ready for use.
